AREB/ABF转录因子响应胁迫信号的网络调控

摘 要:

植物AREB类转录因子通过与ABRE元件结合, 调控ABA信号途径诱导下游基因表达响应胁迫, 最近研究表明AREB 参与了除AREB-SnRK外的信号途径, AREB响应网络调控在植物中存在。与AREB因子相关的激素类交谈调控也被研究。本文介绍了AREB类转录因子响应胁迫的网络调控及参与激素信号网络调控方面的研究进展。

Internet Regulation of AREB Transcription Factors Responsed Stress Signal

Abstract:

The plant AREBs transcription factors (TFs) regulate the expression of downstream genes in ABA signal pathway via combining to ABRE element responding to stresses. Recent studies show that AREB transcription factors involve in other signaling pathways, excepting the AREB-SnRK pathway, the internet regulation of AREB is existed in plant. Cross-talking regulation which is correlated with AREB between different phytohormones have been studied. In this paper, we review recent advances in AREB, including the roles of AREBs transcription factors and mechanism of the regulating networks.
